Rowan’s Weeknotes

Weekly updates about what’s happening in my life. If you want more regular but less structured updates, check out my notes.

  1. Week 29: Pizza Party

A large cave system in Minecraft, with pillars of rock and water and lava falls cascading from the ceiling.

  2. Week 28: Crusty Ears

A week of fish tacos, simplified communication, very painful ears (thanks Apple), and my rule-breaking family. Read Week 28: Crusty Ears.

  3. Week 27: Fish Cake

A cake made of tuna and whole small fish, surrounded by a ring of dreamies, and topped with a candle. Tootsie is being held back from eating the cake while the candle is lit.

  4. Week 26: Five Pizzas

A week of not working, getting great house news, eating and drinking a lot, and burning 20 hours on a game. Read Week 26: Five Pizzas.

A week of exciting treasure hunts, exciting house hunts, and organising my physical and mental space. Read Week 20: Treasure.

  11. Week 19: Sichuan Peppercorns

A selfie taken from the front seat of a car. Rowan's sister is holding the camera, and on the back seat there's Rowan with his arms around his two brothers. They're all smiling, and Rowan's wearing a Christmas jumper.

Rowan and Charlotte dressed as takeaway items. Rowan is dressed as McDonalds fries, wearing a yellow T-Shirt with chips drawn onto it and a large red box. Charlotte is dressed as a tub of ketchup in a painted box.

A week of takeaway costumes, promotions and bonuses at work, amazing new hoovers, and being an embarrassing drunk. Read Week 18: Striptease.

The lemon meringue pie that Charlotte baked for me, with a single lit candle.
