  • Linus was in town this week so I met up with him and a few other friends on Tuesday near our old office in Holborn. It was a lovely evening if a little boozy for a Tuesday, some things don’t really change much over 15 years when you distill it down. Found out Karol still lives in Wapping so we’re gonna meet up again soon.

  • On Saturday we went and had a very wholesome time with Charlotte’s grandparents. Lots of chatter, measuring a large chest they want to give Charlotte, and a great lunch.

  • In the evening we went out to support a local venue that’s closing down with our Whitechapel friends. I love it around here.

  • On Sunday Luke was running his first ever D&D session as a Dungeon Master and he nailed it! He’s been worldbuilding for a while and it was lovely to get a little taste of his creativity. We met some new people, the session went smoothly, and it was fun. I absolutely loved getting to be a player again.

  • I finished the third Mistborn book in no time at all, wonderful, and gonna have a small break from Sanderson. I picked up Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow for a change of pace and have nearly finished. It’s charming and sad.
